Payment Methods and Processing

Guitar Exchange accepts Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.
Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays.

We process credit card payments after you the checkout process has been completed.

For credit card payments we will email a tax invoice to you with your order confirmation. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.

Please Note:

  • We will not accept credit cards issued by banks outside of Australia.
  • Debit cards and cheque cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order.
  • You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks.


All prices are listed on our website in Australian dollars (AUD), including GST.

International Orders

Guitar Exchange does not ship internationally at this time.

Stock Availability

We make every effort to ensure that items displayed on our site reflect current stock on hand. However, due to our commitment to provide our customers with a wide range of products, some items are shipped directly from our suppliers. We cannot guarantee that all items displayed on our website are in stock at all times. If an item that has been ordered is not in stock, we will contact you. The majority of out of stock items can filled with delay.

In-store pricing

We do not guarantee to match our website prices on products for sale on our shop floor. This is necessary due to the cost of receiving, handling, storing and displaying products, as well as allowing you to physically try and test the product before purchase.

Customer satisfaction

Guitar Exchange values our customer’s satisfaction highly. We aim to provide high quality musical instruments and great service to you, the musician, every time.
